Review by hotel critic
Nestled in the vibrant Sathorn district, Jasaen Stylish Boutique Hotel caught my eye during my latest trip to Bangkok. It's a solid choice for those of us craving comfort while exploring the city, yet I must say, it's not without some quirks. Although the location is decent, be prepared for the fact that some taxis may hesitate to venture into the southern end. The sky train is your best friend here! I checked into a spacious double room and was pleasantly surprised by its comfy bed and the cleanliness. The little touches, like free bottled water and a kettle for your morning brew, made the space feel just like home. And do take advantage of the laundry facilities; after a day of shooting around town, a fresh set of clothes felt like a luxury in itself! Another highlight? The friendly staff were always happy to help, from late checkouts to recommendations for local street food. If you fancy a bit of shopping, Khaosan Road isn't far off, making it the perfect base for my stylish escapades. If you're seeking a cozy retreat while diving into Bangkok's rich culture, this boutique hotel should definitely be on your radar!
